I started building homes at the ripe young age of 14 in 1975 and have built many homes since. I also have several years of commercial construction experience. I've recently completed training in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning receiving a Universal EPA Certification among other certifications. I am licensed with the State of Ohio to perform Pest Inspections for Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO) such as Termites, certain Beetles, Carpenter Ants, and Carpenter Bees. I'm also certified to do Thermal Imaging and energy reports.
